It gave me a lovely warm fuzzy feeling whilst reading it and

The book opens as Evie's boyfriend of two years confesses to
her that he's been sleeping with his secretary and he's moving
out of their flat ..... this on top of her just losing her job, she's
now worried about how she's going to afford her rent and,
with Christmas looming, she's feeling pretty down.

After agreeing to help out Greg at the local homeless shelter on Christmas Day, Yves, a homeless man comes into her life and starts to show her how to look at life in a different way.
Yves had such a good soul and her friendship with him was so touching and so magical, I loved how he taught her to have less negativity in her life.
A truly uplifting tale that had me chuckling (at Evie's friend Bea's remarks) and feeling emotional all at the same time!

Nicola May lives near the famous Ascot racecourse with her
black-and-white rescue cat, Stan. Her hobbies include
watching films that involve a lot of swooning, crabbing in
